Record the fixed N1 research start line and dated interim plans - #801

Scope

The October 6 start-line record retains its decided text and historical observations. Dated October 7 amendments set the fixed S4 review/adjudication deadlines and define N1 data integrity as the opening unit, followed by N2 and N3 under their data gates.

Resulting start terms

S4 review is due no later than 2026-10-08T04:00Z on the original 80-slot board as it stands; adjudication is due by 22:00Z. Only paper-engine safety or owner-only sign-in can hold it beyond that deadline. Open original gates receive the CC's dated dispositions, with no new gate or all-ready wait.

N1 inventories existing platform data-integrity capabilities and source limits, plans only referenced residual glue, and accepts through a NautilusTrader 2.0.0rc5 known-answer historical-data backtest. No strategy number precedes that acceptance. rnd-r1 owns N1; 5f owns trading-lane landing custody. N2 is the prospective D1 holdout with its October 14 validation opening; N3 is the catalyst Wave 1 rerun when data gates allow. SPY one_stress is a separate blocked mapping.

Dated readings cover native-sign-in Codex CLI N1 executors, the scoped gateway deviation, network/credential restrictions on research processes, actual R&D launch/zero-connector proof or exclusion, per-landing CC cues, entitled/public data, and outputs under lane:trading in this repository. They are re-checked at S4; no launch, sign-in or installation is asserted by this record.

The twelve original interim rows now have dated plan locators, verified source hashes, owners and next actions. Completion dates stay unknown where not committed. The essential profile remains a single planned north-star-rnd projection in adoption/manifest.json, owned by grand-catalog on #820 after J820-FIX2, with one sourced base e712bae606e8d27f010af8e3c13ded6b7a7c207a. No second essential list or published-profile claim is introduced.

Only documentation, plan bindings and checkpoint text changed; no functional test module changed. The native registration API preserved every unrelated entry and manifest metadata. Content commit 9d82413 precedes registry/checkpoint-last commit 79ada795. One authorized push, no rebase, no host/provider/GPU/research job, and no readiness promotion. A canonical-source identifier typo was corrected only in the newly appended section.

Decision record

docs/decisions/2026-10-06-north-star-start-line.md: existing decided text is retained verbatim, followed by dated amendments. The old conditional dates and campaign expectations remain historical; the new fixed ruling supersedes them.

Landing path

Co-op exact-head read and CI at 79ada795, command-center ACK, then the CC's cue for the existing #801 slot ahead of the S4 review. The cue must reconcile #791's inherited stack and T10 dependencies; this update changes no other PR. No rebase until explicitly relayed by the co-op. Shared-lane trading acknowledgement/custody remains with 5f before merge.

No host receipt or platform-status change. This PR states requirements and prospective plans, not passed native job gates.
